Come join us for a night of music by one of the definitive voices in saxophone history, Bob Berg. Bob's storied career featured stints with some of the biggest names in jazz including Miles Davis, Cedar Walton, Horace Silver, Chick Corea, Mike Stern, Steps Ahead as well as countless others. He also made significant contributions to the jazz canon with recordings under his own name on several labels and co-leading a group with the aforementioned Mike Stern. Performing are several of Buffalo's best musicians who are heavily active in the WNY jazz scene. We will be featuring music from Berg's Denon recordings Short Stories, Back Roads and In The Shadows as well as the Mike Stern albums Time In Place and All Over The Place.
